Crawfish Pot Pie

Instructions
- Cook vegetables according to package directions; drain.
- Boil potatoes until tender.
- Saute onion in a little butter.
- Prepare gravy mix according to package.
- Mix crawfish, potatoes, vegetables and onions together with gravy.
- Pour into unbaked pie shell.
- Cover top with second pie crust.
- Cut a few slits in top of crust.
- Flute edges.
- Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let sit for 5 minutes.
