Crispy Parmesan Chips

Ingredients

  • 30 wonton wrappers
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil, crushed
  • 14 cup parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Using a sharp knife, cut wonton wrappers diagonally in half to form 60 triangles.
  3. Coat a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
  4. Arrange one third of the triangles in a single layer on baking sheet.
  5. Stir together oil, garlic and basil.
  6. Lightly brush wonton triangles with some of oil mixture; sprinkle with some of the cheese.
  7. Bake 8 minutes or till golden brown.
  8. Cool completely.
  9. Repeat with the rest of the batches.
