Currant And Raspberry Jam

Ingredients

  • 2 qt. currants
  • 1 qt. red raspberries
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 6 c. sugar

Instructions

  1. Wash currants; remove from stems.
  2. Add raspberries, water and sugar.
  3. Let stand for one hour.
  4. Boil gently for 45 minutes.
  5. Stir frequently.
  6. Pour into sterilized jars.
