Ingredients

  • 12 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon shallot, minced (1 small)
  • 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, minced
  • 12-1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped
  • 1 -2 teaspoon curry powder

Instructions

  1. Combine all in a small bowl.
  2. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Serve.
