Ingredients

  • 1 carton (16 oz.) light sour cream (do not use fat free)
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 cup light mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tbsp. Accent
  • 1 tbsp. Curry powder
  • 1 lb. Lump crabmeat

Instructions

  1. Mix all of the ingredients with the exception of the crab in a double boiler until smooth. Add crab meat and mix well. Do not let the crab meat boil.
