Daddy Type Eggs Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 or possibly more Large eggs
  • 1 tbsp. (for each egg) butter
  • 3 (for each egg) saltine crackers

Instructions

  1. Bring water to boil in saucepan (size according to number of Large eggs boiled).
  2. Using a spoon, gently place Large eggs in boiling water.
  3. Cook for 3 to 4 min.
  4. Cold Large eggs.
  5. Cut whole egg in half with knife and scoop out whites and yolks into a bowl (may be slightly runny).
  6. Crumble 3 saltine crackers for each egg into the bowl.
  7. Add in butter accordingly.
  8. Salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Mush around all the contents of the bowl till it looks good!
  10. Then, eat your Daddy Type Large eggs.
