Instructions
- Bring water to a boil.
- Add tapioca, cinnamon and sugar.
- Cook about 6 to 8 minutes, stirring constantly, until tapioca is clear. Remove from heat.
- Add cherries and juice; mix well.
- Serve hot or cold.
- Add a few drops of red food coloring.
- May serve with cream.
