Ingredients

  • 5 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 qt. cherries (bottled)
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil.
  2. Add tapioca, cinnamon and sugar.
  3. Cook about 6 to 8 minutes, stirring constantly, until tapioca is clear. Remove from heat.
  4. Add cherries and juice; mix well.
  5. Serve hot or cold.
  6. Add a few drops of red food coloring.
  7. May serve with cream.
