Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 c. fresh corn, cut off cob
  • hot oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil on medium heat. Drop corn in hot oil. When corn floats to the top, it is done. Remove corn and drain on paper towel. Salt and pepper to taste.
