Ingredients

  • 2 whole fresh bulbs of garlic
  • boiling water
  • 1 cup biscuit mix
  • 1 egg

  • 2 teaspoons parsley flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • vegetable oil (for deep frying)

  4. Meanwhile, prepare batter by combining biscuit mix, egg, beer, parsley and salt.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in deep pot or fry cooker.
  6. Dip each cooked clove of garlic into batter and fry until golden brown in color.
  7. Remove from oil and drain on paper towel.
  8. Serve Hot.
