Deviled Halibut Steaks

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 2 Tbsp. chili sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
  • 1 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Mix the mustard, oil, chili sauce, horseradish and salt together.
  2. Spread half of mixture on halibut steaks.
  3. Put on greased broiler rack and broil for about 6 minutes under medium heat.
  4. Turn fish; spread with remaining sauce and broil for 5 or 6 minutes longer.
