Deviled Island Eggs

Ingredients

  • 12 hard-cooked eggs
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp. Thousand Island dressing
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/8 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Peel eggs; slice in half lengthwise and carefully remove yolks.
  2. Mash yolks and add mayonnaise; stir well.
  3. Stir in salad dressing, relish, mustard and salt.
  4. Stir in crumbled bacon. Spoon yolk mixture into egg whites.
  5. Garnish halves with gherkin slices.
