Dinner Butter Rolls

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. yeast
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. melted oleo

Instructions

  1. Dissolve yeast in water; cool milk and add it with egg, salt and sugar, then add flour.
  2. Mix and knead; let rise until double in size.
  3. Roll out in circles.
  4. Brush with melted oleo.
  5. Cut in pre-shaped wedges.
  6. Roll to desired shapes.
  7. Brush with oleo; let rise.
  8. Bake 15 minutes at 350°.
