Ingredients

  • 5 roma tomatoes
  • 2 habaneros
  • 2 serranos
  • 1 large onion
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • to taste cilantro
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Blend the tomatoes, peppers, garlic, cilantro, and half the onion.
  2. I like to chop the other half by hand to make it chunkier.
  3. Add salt and sugar to taste.
