Ingredients

  • 3 cups riced potatoes
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup half and half

Instructions

  1. Cool the cooked potatoes, preferably overnight.
  2. Add 1 cup of flour to the cooled potato mixture.
  3. Divide the mixture into small portions for rolling out.
  4. Use a sleeve on your rolling pin for thin, even sheets.
  5. Roll out each portion on a pastry cloth until thin.
