Double Apple Pie

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°.
- Place sliced apples in large bowl. Sprinkle flour over apples and stir until coated.
- In saucepan, combine apple juice concentrate, cornstarch, cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir until smooth.
- Place over medium heat and stir constantly until thickened.
- Pour juice mixture over apples and mix.
- Spoon apples into pie crust.
- Place second crust on top, seal edges. Cut slits in top to vent.
- Bake 10 minutes at 425°, then lower heat to 375° and bake 35 to 40 minutes.
