Double Berry Lemonade

Ingredients

  • 8 whole Strawberries, Washed And Hulled
  • 1/2 cups Blueberries, Washed
  • 1-1/4 cup Sugar, Divided
  • 2 pounds Lemons
  • 5 cups Water

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, pulse the strawberries and blueberries until pureed. Add 1/4 cup sugar and pulse once more. Halve and juice the lemons. Be sure to discard the lemon seeds but save the pulp.
  2. In a pitcher, combine the water with the juice of the lemons. Add the berry puree. Stir, and add the remaining sugar. Add more or less sugar to taste. Optional: add lemon slices or fresh berries.
  3. Refrigerate and serve over ice.
