Ingredients

  • 8 c. thinly sliced cucumbers, peeled
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. vinegar

Instructions

  1. Combine cucumbers, onion, and salt in a bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  2. Dissolve sugar in vinegar and set aside.
  3. Drain cucumbers and rinse off the salt.
  4. Add the sugar and vinegar mixture to the cucumbers.
  5. Stir well, pack into containers, and freeze.
