Double Chocolate Torte

Instructions
- Prepare brownie mix according to package directions for fudgy brownies.
- Grease a 9 inch round baking dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 38 - 42 minutes.
- Cool for 10 minutes.
- Invert onto serving dish.
- Cool completely.
- Melt the chocolate chips, add to softened margarine in a medium sized mixing bowl.
- Stir until smooth. Spread over the brownie.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Just before serving top with whip cream.
