Drinkable Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 cup chopped fruit

Instructions

  1. place all ingredients in blender and mix on medium untill all ingredients are combined and smooth. Pour yogurt drinks into 4oz containers and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
  2. If using frozen fruit then no need to refrigerate.
  3. The Yogurt and maple syrup are optional.
