Drunken pears

- Boil wine and water together, also just the first minute add all the spices (vanilla, cinnamon stick, anise flowers, sugar)
- By that time, peel the pears but keep the whole, do not cut into pieces.
- When the water starts to boil, carefully put the pears into it and continue boiling for 20-30 minutes on slow fire.
- While serving cut into 2 pieces, and don't forget to put also vanilla ice cream and a little bit of the sauce it was cooked in on the plate while serving.
- Serve hot.
