Ingredients

  • 2 gal. peaches, peelings on and sliced thin
  • 6 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. vinegar

Instructions

  1. Pour sugar over peaches.
  2. Let set 3 hours or overnight.
  3. Pour vinegar over them. Cook very slowly until they are dry. Stir constantly.
  4. Pack in hot jars and seal.
