Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) box vanilla pudding (not instant)
  • 4 c. apricot nectar

Instructions

  1. Cook pudding according to instructions on package, using apricot nectar instead of milk. Serve cold.
  2. Top with whipped cream before serving, if desired.
