Ingredients

  • 2 c. catfish, cooked in water and deboned (save broth)
  • 1 can cream of potato soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 stick oleo
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 soup cans milk
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Saute onions in butter.
  2. Add other ingredients including enough broth to make it the right consistency.
  3. Simmer 30 minutes.
