Easy Ginger-Boiled Scallops

- Place the scallops on a sieve and pour hot water over the top.
- Julienne the ginger.
- Put the ingredients in a pot and bring it to a boil.
- Add the scallops and ginger and simmer on medium-low heat for 8~10 minutes.
- Take out the scallops and simmer the liquid for a little longer.
- Return the scallops to the pot and reduce the sauce.
