Easy Icebox Rolls

Instructions
- Dissolve yeast in warm water and set aside.
- Beat eggs in large bowl.
- Add yeast mixture.
- Add flour, 1 cup at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Cover dough with waxed paper and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
- Two or three hours before baking, take out dough and knead for 3 minutes.
- Roll out for dinner rolls.
- Cut out with biscuit cutter.
- Grease center of circle with table knife.
- Put a tiny dot of butter in center of crease and fold over for pocketbook rolls; let rise.
- Bake at 400° for 10 minutes.
- Makes 24 rolls.
