Ingredients

  • very ripe mangoes
  • cold nonfat milk
  • low-fat vanilla ice cream
  • light brown sugar
  • mint

Instructions

  1. Place mangoes and brown sugar in blender or food proccessor; cover. Process to make a thick puree.
  2. Add ice cream and milk; blend again. Serve in parfait glasses, garnished with mint sprigs, if desired.
