Easy Mixed Fruit Jam

Ingredients

  • 2 None lemons, peeled with a vegetable peeler then julienned
  • 1 None apple, peeled, cored, cut into thin wedges
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 10.5 oz frozen raspberries, thawed
  • 9 oz strawberries, halved
  • 2 1/4 cups granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan. Stir over medium heat, without boiling, until sugar dissolves. Boil, stirring occasionally, for 15 mins, or until jam sets when tested on a chilled plate.
