Easy Oven Breaded Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 (3 to 3 1/2 lb.) chicken, cut in eighths
  • Italian salad dressing
  • flavored dry bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Pour enough salad dressing over chicken to coat each piece. Marinate for a couple of hours.
  2. Dip each piece in bread crumbs, coating each piece on both sides.
  3. Bake in 325° oven for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.
