Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 2 (8 ounce) cans black beans, Drained and rinsed
  • 1 (4 ounce) can corn
  • 1 cup cilantro leaf
  • scallion
  • 4 limes, juice of

Instructions

  1. Drain all Cans.
  2. (tomatos, Beans, corn).
  3. Pour into a Bowl.
  4. Coursley chop the cilantro or tear into pieces with your hands and add to the bean bowl.
  5. Squeeze the four limes over the the Bean Cilantro Mix.
  6. Toss.
  7. 6.Put some Baked corn chips on the side and Enjoy.
