Easy Pineapple Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 c. orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • dash of salt
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 6 Tbsp. butter

Instructions

  1. Combine juices, pineapple, salt and sugar; mix well.
  2. Combine 1/2 cup water and cornstarch; stir into pineapple mixture.
  3. Bring to a boil; simmer, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat; stir in butter.
  5. Serve on sliced angel food or pound cake.
