Easy Pulled B.B.Q. Pork

Ingredients

  • 1 (6 lb.) Boston Butt Roast
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp. seasoning salt
  • 2 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper (or less)
  • 1 onion, chopped

Instructions

  1. Combine garlic, seasoning salt, pepper and cayenne pepper; rub into roast. Place roast in large Dutch oven and fill half way with water. Add onion. Bring to a rolling boil over high heat. Reduce heat, simmer and let cook until meat falls off the bone (approximately 3 to 4 hours depending on size of roast). Place hot roast in a serving bowl and pour on your favorite BBQ sauce. Stir until well blended. Serve!
