Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage, sliced into six 1-inch pieces
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  2. Brush each cabbage piece on both sides with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until tender, 40 to 55 minutes.
