Instructions
- Sift flour, baking powder and salt together 3 times.
- Add shortening.
- Mix with a fork, then add milk.
- Stir until mixture follows fork.
- Scrape out onto floured surface.
- Flour all sides and pat into circle the thickness you desire.
- Cut out with biscuit cutter.
- Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Biscuits will be light and fluffy.
