Easy Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb. (4 oz.) linguine or angel hair pasta (uncooked)
  • 1 c. cleaned fresh medium shrimp
  • 1 c. diced tomatoes (undrained)
  • 1/2 c. Philadelphia cream cheese spread

Instructions

  1. Cook linguine or angel hair as directed; drain.
  2. Place in large bowl.
  3. Heat large skillet on medium-high heat.
  4. Add tomatoes and cream cheese spread, shrimp.
  5. Cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes or until shrimp are cooked through and mixture well blended.
  6. Add spinach to pasta and toss lightly.
  7. Add shrimp mixture and toss to coat.
