- 1. In skillet, heat oil on medium high until hot. Add garlic, cook 1 minute or until golden.
- 2. Add tomatoes, salt, pepper; cook uncovered 10 mins or until lightly thickened.
- 3. Remove from heat and serve over rigatoni.
