Easy Tomato Rigatoni

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 4 lbs ripe tomatoes (6 medium sized)
  • 1/4 tsp salt and pepper
  • 1 lb rigatoni cooked

Instructions

  1. 1. In skillet, heat oil on medium high until hot. Add garlic, cook 1 minute or until golden.
  2. 2. Add tomatoes, salt, pepper; cook uncovered 10 mins or until lightly thickened.
  3. 3. Remove from heat and serve over rigatoni.
