Ingredients

  • 4 cups vegetables, sliced (see choices above) or 4 cups vegetables, chopped (see choices above)
  • 1 (28 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce

Instructions

  1. Assemble 4 cups of vegetables, choosing from the chopped or sliced choices above, the peapods or beans.
  2. Mix the vegetables with the spaghetti sauce in a large saucepan, cover and simmer until vegetables are tender.
  3. Serve over hot cooked spaghetti.
