Eggs Pie

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. cornstarch
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 lb. butter
  • 1 c. whole milk
  • 1 (9-inch) pie shell

Instructions

  1. Mix eggs and sugar in 1 bowl.
  2. Heat milk and cornstarch, then combine eggs and sugar.
  3. Beat about 5 minutes or until thickening. Pour into pie shell.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes or until done or brown.
