Ingredients

  • 5 medium potatoes
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. mustard
  • cheese cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Scrub and boil potatoes, with jackets on, until just done, drain, cool, peel and grate.
