Eugenia's Fudge is a rich, creamy chocolate treat with walnuts and marshmallow cream, perfect for satisfying sweet cravings and ideal for sharing at gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 5 cups sugar
  • 3 sticks margarine
  • 1 large can evaporated milk
  • 2 (6 oz.) packages semi-sweet chocolate bits
  • 6 squares bitter chocolate, melted
  • 1 large jar marshmallow cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 cups broken walnut meats

Instructions

  1. Bring sugar, margarine, and evaporated milk to a rolling boil. Boil exactly 8 minutes, stirring constantly from the beginning.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in semi-sweet chocolate bits and melted bitter chocolate.
  3. Add marshmallow cream and broken walnut meats, stirring until well combined.
