  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1/2 c. raisins or dried fruit
  • fruit juice
  • 1/2 c. sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 c. sesame seed

Instructions

  1. Soak in fruit juice overnight.
  2. Variety is all but endless varying fruits, nuts and juices. Makes 10 servings.
