Fantastic Vanilla Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 cups 1% low-fat milk
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except vanilla in a saucepan.
  2. Stir well to eliminate lumps.
  3. Heat to boiling over medium heat, about 7 minutes.
  4. Boil for 1 minute stirring constantly.
  5. Stir in vanilla.
  6. Spoon into individual serving dishes.
  7. Serve warm or cold.
