Fat Free (Virtually) Biscuts (easy)

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 3 cup self rising flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Combine flour and salt whisk and form a well.
  2. Add yogurt in well and mix with fork until dough forms.
  3. Add more flour if needed.
  4. Roll out on floured surface 1/2" thick and cut with a biscut cutter.
  5. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 450 for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Brush with butter (optional).
  7. Enjoy !
