Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. stew meat (do not brown)
  • 5 to 6 potatoes, cut to bite size
  • 6 to 7 carrots, cut to bite size
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 can water
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar (optional)
  • 6 stalks celery
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. tapioca

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients.
  2. Cover and place in 250° oven for 4 hours or simmer in crock-pot for 8 to 10 hours on low or 4 to 5 hours on high.
