Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Beat at high speed of electric mixer until well blended.
- Knead until smooth. Shape mints into rubber candy molds and place on paper towel covered baking sheet. Cover with another paper towel and let stand overnight to harden.
- Yields 8 1/2 to 9 dozen mints.
