Ingredients

  • 4 c. quartered fully ripe figs
  • 4 c. sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix quartered fully ripe figs and sugar in a heavy saucepan.
  2. Cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
  3. Add gelatin and mix well.
  4. Seal in hot jars.
