Ingredients

  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • dash of salt
  • 2 c. sliced figs, drained
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • oleo

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar, flour and salt; add mixture to pie shell.
  2. Arrange figs with juice.
  3. Add rest of flour mixture.
  4. Dot with oleo.
  5. Top with other pie shell.
  6. Slit holes.
  7. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes, 350° for 30 minutes.
