Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 teaspoon savory
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
  • 1 teaspoon marjoram
  • 1 teaspoon sage

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients, and store in a jar with a tight lid in a cool, dry, place.
  2. Best used in omelets, scrambled eggs, dressings, and sauces.
