Flank Steak Rollups

Ingredients

  • 1 large flank steak
  • 1 lb bacon
  • garlic salt
  • lemon pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut flank steaks into 1-inch wide strips along the grain.
  2. Take 1 strip of bacon and lay flat.
  3. Place 1 steak strip on bacon and sprinkle with garlic salt and lemon pepper.
  4. Roll up and secure with toothpicks.
  5. Place on grill and cover lid for 20-30 minutes. (Watch for flareups.)
