Ingredients

  • sprigs of fresh herbs (dill, basil, rosemary, etc.)
  • red or white vinegar

Instructions

  1. Place sprigs of fresh herbs into an old clean bottle or cruet with a stopper.
  2. Pour red or white vinegar over the herbs, filling the bottle.
  3. Seal the bottle and let it sit in a cool, dark place for at least 1-2 weeks to infuse the flavors.
  4. Shake gently occasionally to help distribute the flavors.
  5. Strain the vinegar before using or gifting, if desired.
