Fondant Stuffed Dates

Ingredients

  • 2/3 c. Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 c. sifted confectioners sugar
  • 1 box dried dates, pitted

Instructions

  1. Gradually add sugar to milk.
  2. When well blended, add vanilla. Mix to a smooth rich ball.
  3. Shape into balls and roll in tinted coconut (red and green).
  4. Use to stuff dates.
